Ariel Cabernet Sauvignon
Ariel is the only dealcoholized wine brand to win a gold medal against wines containing alcohol.
Made in a sustainable winery in Paso Robles, California, Ariel Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 is fermented in stainless steel cooperage after which the wine is separated from the skins, and a portion of it is moved into oak barrels for extended aging. Just prior to bottling, the alcohol is gently removed via cold filtration.
This wine offers aromas of black currants, cherry, blueberries and chocolate, with soft tannins and a dry finish.
